• Forgot password when starting the App. 
• During can use the chat function during a call. 
• The external technician shares his camera actively (Policy Rules)
• Marks and drawings can be made in the live image directly.
• Screenshots can be saved in the service call. 
• It is possible to "freeze" the image.
