If a technician needs help at the customer's site, he can apply for the support of an expert by using Brother Remote. Please follow the instructions as follows: 

  1. At first, the problem needs to be announced by e-mail or phone
  2. If the problem cannot be solved, the expert (from BIMH) will fix a date for the Service Call with the dealer's technician
  3. In order to schedule the date, please use Remote Booking in Brother Base
  4. Unless the technician has not yet installed the Brother Remote App, the expert from BIMH will inform him about the installation of the APP
