Procedure/Login
If a technician needs help at the customer's site, he can apply for the support of an expert by using Brother Remote. Please follow the instructions as follows:
- At first, the problem needs to be announced by e-mail or phone
- If the problem cannot be solved, the expert (from BIMH) will fix a date for the Service Call with the dealer's technician
- In order to schedule the date, please use Remote Booking in Brother Base
- Unless the technician has not yet installed the Brother Remote App, the expert from BIMH will inform him about the installation of the APP
