To offer the best possible service to both our dealers and end users, Brother Digital introduces a remote support for their IPM department, i.e. a remote maintenance service by means of mobile phones or smart glass.
The remote maintenance can be used when the dealer's technician is with the customer and needs immediate support. In this case, an expert, one of Brother's techniciens, will communicate with the technicien on-site using the Brother Remote App.
A service call will always come from the expert. He will fix a date with the external technician by providing him the access data for the Brother Remote App.
