Brother TECNET is replacing the installation and warranty process we have been applying until now (installation sheet and fault report). So far, installation sheets and fault reports have been sent to our technical team either handwritten or by pdf. In order to optimise this process, both installation and warranty cases will be input into and handled through TECNET from now on.
TECNET is based on user rolls. Techniciens are adding new machines or will create claims. These technicians are in turn related to our dealers.
